How to do Kapalbhati Pranayama?

- Sit cross-legged on the floor and place your hands on the knees with your palms facing upwards. Touch the tip of your index fingers of both hands to the thumbs.
- Inhale deeply until your lungs are filled with air. Focus on the abdominal region while you are inhaling.
- Pull your stomach in as much close as possible to your spine. Place your right hand on the abdomen (you will feel muscles contracting). Now relax and exhale rapidly in a short burst with well-coordinated immediate inhalation.
