At Avadhuta School of Yoga we have a routine designed in combination of asanas, pranayamas, and meditation to give you an experience that will never leave you.

Our experts give personal attention to each and every client, even in group sessions so that they all can be benefited to the maximum extent. It is very important as every individual is unique in their body and mind and thus need to attend differently. Everyone takes different lengths in learning and adopting even with same asanas.

One of our specialties is that we Design tailor made sessions. If an individual has some problem and is not able to do a particular asana, we design a customized routine for them. For example, if someone has had a knee replacement or back pain, doing some of the asanas may have a negative impact on their health.

We at Avadhuta Yoga also train in breathing alignment. Many of us don’t realise that we are not even doing the very basic thing correctly, that is breathing. Energy moves through the body most effectively when our body is aligned optimally with precision, which means the breadth and heart are optimally linked. It is a small thing if you see, but you’ll feel the difference once you experience it.

We create an overall experience which gives you deep relaxation. During your time with us, you’ll feel that the vibe is very soothing as we use some of the old mantras during our classes.

The meaning of our self is not to be found in its separateness from God and others, but in the ceaseless realisation of yoga, of union; not on the side of the canvas where it is blank, but on the side where the picture is being painted.
